Grab your training partner and get ready to throw down at the Dynamic Duo Competition — a high-energy CrossFit event testing strength, skill, and teamwork across five unique workouts.

We’re accepting only 32 total teams, with divisions for male and female pairs:

Divisions:

• RX

• Scaled

• Masters RX 45+

• Masters Scaled 45+

(Male/Male and Female/Female teams only – no mixed gender)

The Workouts:

1. Clean Ladder Complex – 8 Barbells 3 Min TC

2. The Couplet – Wall balls and Box Jump Overs 2A. Assault Bike

3. Two-Part Test – PART1: AMRAP7: 12 Snatches 12 T2B 60 DU PART2: AMRAP7: Snatch COMPLEX

4. Mystery WOD – Picked live 

5. Floater – Yoke and D Ball

Prizes:

• RX Winners: Cash prize (the more teams, the bigger the pot)

• All Other Divisions: Premium NFC Swag Bags loaded with gear and goodies

Important Info:

• Minimum of 3 teams per division required to run that division
